While there are many other fine grilling cookbooks available, this is the first one branded by Kingsford, the only name in charcoal.This book differs from other grilling cookbooks in the respect that all of it's recicpies were specifically tested on a charcoal grill, and they are all designed specifically for the charcoal grilling technique.
